I see. Unless told beforehand, it is impossible for someone to know the competency of the user who is asking for help. Reinstalling something, or turning a device on and off, is a common solution for many individuals who request for assistance. Did you provide further information as to what "doesn't work" meant? As in, is the game failing to get past the start screen, is it failing to boot up entirely, is the game crashing, etcetera?

You sound incoherent, so forgive me if I mistook you for being incompetent. When asking a question online, more so, it is important that you provide further information and context as to not confuse or mislead the person you are communicating with. As you did not provide further information, instead stating that you asked a blunt question, it is understandable that I would then probe further and see if you provided extra information. You have a gripe with people who provide information you deem to be obvious - you obviously did what they are suggesting. That is not obvious to the person offering advice, however, as you have come with a simple issue that has simple solutions. A simple solution was provided, which you took personal offence to and felt as if your intelligence was being questioned. That is not the case. I am also autistic, I am not a normie. I do not fit in.
