Ya people keep telling me in my city that people can't get loans. I said why do I always keep predicting house prices will go higher, and they keep going higher. Then people said to me well the banks are tightening credit its not so easy to get loans now.

I said ya but every normie seems to be able to get any amount of mortgages they want without problems.. and its unarguable as house prices keep going up with tons of bidders who have no problem getting any amount.

When normies go to the bank for a mortgage on a $1.25 million dollar house it seems no issue for the bank and no worries.

If you or me went no way in hell the bank would give us $125,000 let alone $1.25 million.

Indeed. There is a certain pain in having to select from a list of occupations for a loan while being a disabled male.

All of the "Primary" companies reject me due to my measly disability income(<$1,000 USD). Indeed, even SpeedyCash has refused to offer me a simple loan of $1,500. Instead, I received funds from Check N Go, CashNetUSA, and others... (I'm awaiting my next payment from Advanced Financial. I need my $2,000 soon.)
