Was talking to my normie roommate about getting blepharoplasty to widen my Asian eyelids and he said "I don't think anyone will notice the difference if you get it done or not, it's just a few millimeters after all."

Then I was talking about how I wanted to get a mandibular implant in the future to look more attractive and he said "You should be doing all this for yourself, not for other people," not even recognizing the hypocrisy of the last two sentences he just said.

So the point of plastic surgery is to have other people notice the difference, but you just spent $100k for no reason "for yourself?"
