I think there is a difference between the way and intends chads and normies have behind bullying.
I come to this because I currently read Shutting out the Sun. (Those who dont know it, its a book about Hikikomori and the decline of Japan)
In this book there is smth mentioned called ijime. Which is a japenese term for bullying. But the way this bullying is described differed from what I know as bullying, or smth that I would call Chad bullying.
Chad bullying means that you have someone who is physically stronger assertes his dominance over someone who is weaker. This is a behavior we can also observe among animals who live in hierarchical tribes, like chimpanzees. This is how in those societies status and with the status the access to food and Sex is distributed.
But ijime is somehow different, its not about bullying someone who is weaker into suppression, its about a whole group bullying a single individual into fitting into the uniformity. Ofcourse this can and will target on spergs who dont understand group behavoir and who simply cant fit in because they dont understand the unwritten rules of a group, but it also hits those who outperform the rest of the group. They get put into uniformity, because them taking the first place would destroy group harmony.
I live in a western society and I exeperienced smth comparable. Bullying not by someone who wants to show that he is stronger, but more because I didnt fit in to the unwritten rules of a class or other group. And thats what I would call normie bullying. Or to keep the fitting term ijime.
