we went on vacation in china to visit some family during the summer.

she’s also messaging them in mandarin which isn’t our first language, but based on what little mandarin i know + some google translate, most of the texts are about school. there was one person who talked about wanting to see her and play with her the next time she came over to china, but i can’t tell if it was meant to be taken any other way than just that.

i feel really guilty now and i know i shouldn’t have done it, but i ended up going through her notifications when she was away. i know it doesn’t justify anything but my sister is obsessed with kpop idols and mentioned before that she finds asian men “hot” (paraphrased) and she only consumes korean, japanese, or chinese media so i was worried if she was going too far and it becoming a fetish or smth.
