The solution is to end sex, human reproduction can be carried out with banks of sperm, making sexual contact unnecesary, and this way we can make sex ilegal, and poor people are not going to reproduce irresponsibly, because it will be impossible to suffer non-plannes pregnancies, and instead they are going to focus in solving their poverty, which means that in the future poverty won't exist.
