I always remember weird or cringy shit that I did, even if it was years or more than a decade ago. My brain/memory won't let me forget and it punishes me. I think it is driven by social anxiety, shame, autism, guilt complex, etc.

Luckily I don't think I have too many of those moments in general though, because I am so high-inhibition and shut-in that I don't take risks anymore and try very hard not to look or act in a an obscenely cringy manner. But somehow the normies can still sniff out my non-NT status from small habits/gestures that I have and terrorize me for it.
