I think the era of imageboards is sadly coming to an end. 4chan got overrun by normalfags. 8chan is gone. Wizardchan is full of faggots and trannies now. Kohlchan is on hiatus. Future doesn't look good.

You can try Endchan, but it's pretty slow.
