Serious NoFap Worth it? should i continue my streak

I’ve seen people here talk about doing nofap, i’m on my second week, longest i’ve ever gone mainly because i’ve just been busy, but i don’t really see any benefits, is it worth it to keep going

I'd say it's only worth it if you're severely addicted and it interrupts with your day

I'd say if you're trying to quit porn or excessive fapping(more than once per day according to most, but imho more than once every few days is too much) then continue with it. If not, then as long as you have the time to do it go & fap.
