This is where we post our progress for our nofap journey for those of us that want to ascend. I will post the best way to approach no fap and conquer this habit later on. LDARcels GTFO, we only need positivity in here.
 
I last fapped last Sunday. It was a big nut since I fap like 3x a month now. But after that nut I kinda fapped again after 5 mins. I used to be a daily double of triple dapper watching hrs and hrs of porn. I can't do that now cuz of wagecucking and my sex drive really isn't what it used to be. Maybe my sex drive was like to always and I was just addicted to the porn and fapping.

Idk if I can do that. When I get high I want to fap. I've been forcing myself to go to sleep when I'm high nowadays though.

Wet dreams are still orgasming, so I would assume they do. I've never had one before.

For those struggling with NoFap. This is going to be a long post .

First find out why you want to do nofap and why you want to quit porn. You may think it's the only thing left that gives you joy but once you return to an equilibrium you'll definetly begin to enjoy more things and your life will be far better than it is now.

Realize that this is not actually an addiction, it's just a bad habit and a misuse of free time. Never refer to it as an addiction, words have far more power than you think. You can quit this, others have done it and were in the same spot that we are, it's not unbeatable. For years when you were stressed, angry, and sad or bored, what did you do to compensate for it? When you you had a bad day etc, what did you run too? Porn, you went to porn. For years this is what we have went too when dealing with these emotions or to fill some kind of void. So of course, when you constantly go to porn to fill a void it's only natural that your brain would get hooked on it and now you've developed the habit of watching porn.

To break this habit we MUST occupy our time with productivity. You must GET out of the house. If you have indoor hobbies like drawing or writing. GET out the house and go to a library or somewhere away from your home and do it. If your a college student, those times when you dont feel like working on your homework, get your ass out the house and Go to the library and do it! If you have something that needs to get done, DO IT. When you dont feel like going to the gym, GO! Explore different hobbies, find things that you like to do and do them away from your home as much as you can. Even if you dont have hobbies, try and find some, or just even take a walk or take a drive for a little bit and clear your mind, be aware of your surroundings. Dont wait for an urge to come before trying to do something productive, because by then it's already too late.

Limit your internet access. Dont sit on the computer for hours watching vids or browsing. Whether it's your phone or computer, stay away from it. If you have work that needs to be done on the computer I highly advise you do it away from your home and at a library, or a coffee shop. I'm not saying you cant ever browse the internet, but dont spend alot of time doing it. The internet is a massive trigger. If you go to porn for dealing with emotions replace the porn with something productive. I'm not saying every waking moment you need to be constantly doing something productive, but most of your day should NOT consist of sitting around, watching TV, browsing the internet, or playing videogames, you cant LDAR and do nofap its impossible.

See, when you become lazy and stray off productivity and discipline the urge will hit you HARD, it may not hit you the first day, the second, or even the 5th, but when it hits you it will hit HARD and 99% of the time you will relaspe. I highly recommend scripting your days every morning or night. You want to get to the point where you forget about porn, that's how productive you want to be.

When you constantly be productive even if you dont feel like it, you are building will power and strength. You are following the path of success. I also highly recommend waking up at a certain time every morning(dont hit snooze, and dont lounge around before getting up, get out of bed within 30 seconds after your alarm goes off) and going to sleep at a certain time everynight. Take cold showers, and never use hot water, dont alternate between the two. Build your strength and willpower by ONLY using cold water. Trust me guys, for years I thought i could be in my room 90% of the day and beat this habit, but it dosent work like that, believe me guys it wont work.

No one can force you to be productive, YOU have to do it yourself. Good luck.

Also I took all my videogame consoles back home in a 2 hour drive so that I would not be able to use them too look at porn. I got rid of my laptop and I dont ever bring my phone inside of my house anymore, I just leave it inside my car that way I cant look at any porn. I would also recommend doing positive affirmations for quitting porn such as (I am strong, I am mentally strong and powerful, etc.) And would recommend meditation.

I get depressed when I don't fap for a week or so.
I never saw any benefit from not fapping for longer than a week.
I feel like it's a "muscle" that needs to be used (use it or lose it).
Minfap is better for me.

The problem is that I don't like leaving my house as I don't like being around other people. The nearest library is always filled with people. I cannot do anything productive if there are people around me talking (which normalfags do at all times) so I have no other choice but to stay at home.
