Maybe give it more time, I would say 90 days - 100 days is when most guys start noticing decent changes. What have you got to lose? No I have just started a fresh streak. I am hopeful this time I will last 90 days. I have high hopes of quitting this addiction. Even though normies and some brocels here justify fapping as a biological urge that needs to be quenched - I disagree. Yes I have failed many times before. But I am starting again with experience.

Im prolly the latter - porn addict looking to break free. Also I do think the mental framework needs to change from feeling all helpless about not getting bitches. Your identity needs to change for results to be seen - feeling like women are the most imporant thing in the world (which makes sense from an evolutionary point of view) is the reason why we are stuck in the loop. We might have to re-engineer this one key aspect of our lives in order to see a difference. Of course, most normies do self-improvement to get bitches.
