The point of this is to monitor changes in myself. I'll be looking for changes in mood, sleep, focus, energy levels etc. This will be all qualitative and will be updated once a day.

What this is not is some brain dead, blue pill cope to make myself more attractive (KEK), release pheromones (humans don't secrete pheromones), and give myself superpowers to bend reality to my will.

These two are false. Genetics, diet and lifestyle habits (sleep, exercise etc.) directly affect serum test levels. I don't know about anxiety, so I'll have to pay attention to that as well.

From my own experience Nofap is really useful to get your shit together and have longer attetion spans during the day along with better overall performance in sports and studying, may just be me though. Plus it helps with self control.
Most people who troll about it being a low tier cope prolly have never tried it themselves.

My objective is 90 days, if I manage to make it and choose to not relapse at that day, then the objective changes to quitting it forever.
My best streak was 7 days, with edging was a little bit more than 30.
4 days after I started again, nothing changed.
