Nofap it's just a stupid placebo with pseudoscientific benefits that have never been proved. All those fapstronauts are like a sect, talking all day about superpowers and that stopping fapping has gave them back their will to live lol give me a break. Inceldom is the only way to survive the world. Try NoFap and you'll see I'm right, you won't get laid if you stop fapping if you're uglier than a monkey (like me). The whole point of NoFap isn't to get laid. If you look up NoFaps main homepage you can cleary see that the meaaning of NoFap is to help people with Pornography addiction. It's a way to help people with destructive habits that re disrupting their lives. If NoFap helps them - then I don't see what is so wrong with it. You people might think it is funny but Porn Addiciton is a real issue that affect peoples lives in a very negative manner. You can read further on their website about it.
