No fap is a coping mechanism. The whole premise that by abstaining from fapping is going to encouragement to do other things is shaky. If you spend all day on the net looking for the perfect material to fap to, then yes it would help. But it does not attack the root of the problem, which is you are most likely obsessed with sex because you are not having it. Also if you are fapping to extreme fetish material that you blame porn for, you most likely just like that fetish unfortunately. I can say even after looking at a lot of adult content I still have not gone into deeper stuff like scat. In fact as I have looked at more adult material I have gone further into vanilla. Because you realize that most porn is produced for the lowest common denominator and what most people are attracted to is a dime a dozen and there are many whores on the internet that look just alike. Just seems strange to me that people think that nofap give you magic powers. It is all in your mentality, nofap is just an excuse to trick your mind into something productive but not necessarily useful.
