I do think that jacking off too much can deplete your T levels and sexual energy. Now I know that someone is going to say that there's no proof that jacking off lowers T levels. But when those scientific studies were made, they had in mind the normal limits of doing it. I.E. fapping to a Playboy centerfold a couple times a week or something like that. Not fapping multiple times per day everyday to internet porn. That's what they need to go back and study. If they do, they'll probably find that fapping 6 or 7 times a day, everyday to internet porn does lower T levels.
