Our minds start developing from the moment we're born, and every memory since then is a byproduct of our experiences, which shape up the person that you are today. If people can be born mentally ill/ugly, sometimes both and those are the primary determinants of inceldom then why is the title of your thread "Nobody was born an incel".

No one would even be able to observe the sub-3 male's good personality as he would be ignored and rejected before he can even open his mouth. Even if he was given the opportunity to showcase his personality, people still wouldnt be able to overlook his appearance and ghost him, telling him his personality wasnt good enough. Rather than just being honest and telling him upfront that they dont want to spend time, let alone be associated with someone like him because he is ugly.

Chad on the other hand will be showered with compliments from foids and surrounded by normies begging to be his friend even if he was naturally introverted. This further boosts his confidence, allowing him to be more outgoing, extrovertive and sculpt a decent personality which would make him even more respected/admired in society.

Appearance is determined by genetics but personality is determined by the environment a person is raised in. In the human social environment, those with superior genetics are rewarded with validation whilst their counterparts with inferior genetics are constantly ostracised, rejected and alienated which results in good-looking people being given the opportunity to develop good personalities, while the only thing Ugly/unattractive people develop is social anxiety as a result of being cast out from and abandoned by society.
