I don’t have any problem with myself I just have a problem with my appearance tbh
I see some people who complain about genuinely hating themselves But I would really have no sort of anxiety or mental problems had my genes been adequate

I used to feel hatred for myself in the past until I realised all the traits I hated were adaptions that came from being unattractive/framecel/manlet and I see my real self as being separate from that Even if it is cope since I am still the same way now
