I just read an article about the effects of pornography and some of them are things that only normies would worry about but there are also serious issues like it can cause erectile dysfunction which I really wouldn't like to have. I also feel bad about watching porn and so I decided to quit it. I have been on no fap so I know it won't do shit for me but I really want to quit porn and tbh only place I'm exposed to porn is the internet if it wasn't for the internet I wouldn't be exposed to pornography
So from now on,I will not watch porn and avoid looking at pornography.

Maybe it's just me, but personally I know I'll never, ever be in a situation (sex with a foid) where maintaining an erection will benefit me.

Whenever I do get erections it's at the gym or in similar situations where I don't need one.
