i have a similar although a diffrent problem. People start laughting when looking at my face, they dont accually laught, they smile in a way that is diffrent than just smiling. so i can relate buddy, automaticly people dont treat me seriously.

Not just the face (feminine and childlike) but my weight at 22 (140lbs), frame (small, light, thin bones), no facial hairs, no forearm hair.

Height as well. 5'9 and 140lbs is a very 15-16yo boy height and weight. Your expected to grow at least 1, 2 or 3 inches more and gain an extra 25lbs.
