Serious No matter what I try to do everything looks gray and dull

I try to live a better life but the way I perceive the world is still very gray and dull.
My brain just doesn't produce enough feel good hormones and it seems like nothing helps it.
Ofc it is nearly impossible to have a good life as a subhuman but atleast I try mf.
