Mainly my physical problems with my throat that confines me to my apartment so I have to be back every 4-5 hours to eat to sustain my weight so I lost all my friends since I couldn´t do stuff with them and also my social anxiety.

I don't really have any opportunity to make friends right now. But I also intentionally avoid social interaction because the type of person that I could actually befriend is quite rare and I cannot relate to most people. Everyone that I have considered a true friend in my life was mentally ill in some way or another and lived a similarly isolated existence.
