I was 210-215lb now I’m 191lb, too depressed to eat more than one thing a day
 
Yeah Im barely eating anything nowadays not because of depression but because it’s so fucking cold

getting out of bed is nigh impossible
 
Food is a cope anyway, embrace starvation.
