Like with anhedonia, you don't feel pleasure because you are too apprehensive, sad and without purpose.
You know you're truly depressed when you don't even have energy for fapping.
I remember a couple of years ago I had a sickness bug, and I didn't have the energy to fap - that's when I knew it was really bad.
