Realistically, not much can be done at this point on a societal level other than the most radical measures, that will have to be taken to save the birth rate and to prevent a upcoming social collapse.
Juche racial policies, in which a country is full blown racial segregatist and aborts any mixed babies and even kidnap foreigner wives for foreigners to prevent racemixing, is the prime solution for so many race conflict problems.
Sharia, Afghani style is forcing foids to stay home and punishing the men for not enforcing this, which forces them to be actually be men and monitor their wives. Also, foids will have to be covered up and not be given access to the internet.
For aesthetics, I would throw in Nazi Germany for inspiration. We will have the swastika on our military planes and have big parades of incel men around, of course, no foids are allowed.
