At the end of the attack he literally threw his rifle and walked with the crowd when he could've just had a shootout with the cops, killed himself, or kill more people. Instead he walked with the crowd then another couple blocks and got arrested and started acting crazy.
I think he thought/wanted to get away with it, which is absurd, he is definitely a lowIQcel.
