Nightclubs are one of the very few places where you can get away with this. It's very unlikely that you'll go to jail for kissing a drunk girl, or touching a girls boobs or butt in a nightclub.

If there is a group of females standing on the side alone dancing, it's probably stupid to go to them and grab their ass. If all people are in the middle dancing, it seems easier to pull off.
