Its amazing what single moms can acomplish. Not rasing the kids properly. This is more so the foids fault then blacks. Then again no fathers is a big chunk of black culture. So it could be a black thing. Who knows.
What I do know is that Target is actually fucking hard on shop lifters. They have some actually hard core security againts these crimes and some good ass training on that type of shit.
