Only 76 females in a population the size of 220 million? They would even be safer, per capita, than wealthy nations at that point. The UK had 50 "femicides" by August. Anyways, as far as preventative measures go, females should not cavort with unscrupulous men but rather with urbane gentlemen, such as myself.

The population size of Nigeria is approx. 200 million (World Population Review), so this amounts to a homicide rate of 15 to 20 victims per 100,000 people. This is one of the highest homicide rates in the world. It’s basically equivalent to homicide rate in Brazil
Across all countries in the world, the majority of homicide victims are always male. So even if this imaginary femicide count of 76 since beginning of 2024 were to be true - You can be sure that there were way more than 76 homicides of men in Nigeria within that same timeframe
