A 40 year old man named João Alberto Silveira Freitas was killed in a french supermarket chain in the southernmost state in Brazil, Eye-witness reports claim that while inside the supermarket, João Alberto would have started an argument and threatened a foid emplyee, a security guard then escorted him out off the premises followed by an off duty police officer, on his way out João Alberto allegedly punched the police officer in the face, starting a fight in wich he was beaten to death by the security guard and the police officer.
