Try all the local food banks (free food) and cook for yourself. Invest most of the savings or slave at a job until you die.
I place a big order for pizza/wings once every few months for takeout tho, no delivery. Nothing wrong with spoiling yourself once in awhile for sum quality of life. No point in suffering too much.

Not since COVID, I get groceries and occasional meals delivered.
Think I eat out 2-3 times a month on average now.
Obviously price depends on venue, if I'm feeling depressed I usually go someplace nice, get a tasting menu and a bit of wine. I try not to spend too much though, so roughly £300 max for dinner.
