The author glorifies the crime committed by young migrants in the capital.
For example, he thinks that gang crime and territorial fighting is a sign of strength and vitality and something that the Germans lack.
He thinks the Germans are mentally/physically like a retirement home.
The potent, aggressive and strong foreigner is glorified and more is demanded of them.
The author thinks that you can no longer deal with the Germans because they have no will.
The foreigner is assertive and energetic.
In 2017, the author added to the text by writing that he wanted to glorify crime.
