It was only for one rep but it was still nice, the bar just went up easily. And what's funny is that I didn't even get any sleep yesterday. My goal is 4 plates (180kg).
Keep at it brocel, don't forget to use lifting straps too because once you get into heavier weights your grip will be a limiting factor.nice, my best rn is 120kg for 3 conventional, next workout ill try for 125. deadlift is my favorite exercise
