I'm putting this in off topic, even though this thread is better suited for another forum altogether, but since this is the only forum I belong to, might as well share anyway for any fellow Pokemon fanatics out there.

The thing that strikes me most about them is the new region. Might be my favorite in the series so far. It's absolutely dreamlike. The graphics, starters and everything else look amazing too. And this is coming from someone who was hardly impressed with Sun and Moon from the get go, so I'm not just saying this because it was just revealed and there's a lot of buzz about it in that regard.

They've never had a bad year in terms of creature design imo. Some stinkers here and there yes but altogether solid.

I've always kind of liked Nintendo's creativity and innovation in contrast to the graphics/power-focused trajectory of the other systems.
