Well not really. Planet X or "Nibiru" has been talked about the past 50+ years. It's interesting that it's being brought up again because of claims that it can now be faintly seen in the sky or phenomena in the sky where several suns, moons, or planets are present. Planet X is also being blamed for orange skies because it is said to be a gas giant. Here's what NASA has to say about the planet:

The existence of Planet X remains theoretical at this point. This hypothetical Neptune-sized planet would circle our Sun far beyond Pluto.
