Welcome. Change that pfp because it's Chad Worship. Don't ever use anime avi. Based that you like weight lifting.
Are you a strength coper or a hypertrophy phaggot?

Will do. Definitely the latter. Strength gains are meaningless in the real world.

tbh yeah but strength training just feels right to me. Muscles ain't gonna do anything to my Sub4 face.

I suppose there's nothing wrong with incorporating some strength training just to add some variety to your workout. Ultimately my goal is to look as aesthetic as possible and high volume hypertrophy lifting will yeild the best results. Moreover when you're trying to get as lean as possible like I am it's not recommended to go heavy. Low bf = better face

Thx

How tall are you? Weight? BodyFat percentage?

175cm. 155lb. I'm probably around 20% atm. I plan on cutting down to 145 and then I'll lean gain back up to 155. Since I'm a newbie lifter I should be able to gain 10lb of muscle within the first year.

Lol boy most people overestimate those numbers. You are most likely 25-30% bodyfat and you'll have to cut down to 130lbs(as a newbie) to get down to low levels body fat.
Lean down first and then slowly build muscles.

Lean angular face > Muscles.

I'm definitely not over 25. I have decent definition in the delts and chest area. Plus the amount of fat around my waist isn't enough to indicate more than 20% bf. I might post physique update tomorrow when I head out to the gym.
