If you are like me, you take your diet quite seriously and avoid sugars like the plague. However, I still often times crave something sweet, usually I just eat fruits, dates particularly since they are very sweet, but when I run out of dates I have very little sweet things to eat. I created a healthy and good tasting drink that i have been drinking quite frequently

Here’s how I make it (I don’t have exact measurements so it might be trial and error if you do decide to make it yourself):
Large multiple scoops of honey
Milk (I drink raw unpasteurized milk)
Sprinkle of tumeric seasoning
Mix the milk and honey (and turmeric) very well until they are completely mixed and inseparable, and the milk and honey has turned into a foam. I suggest using one of those electronic mixers.
Boil water and add it to the mix.
Add cinnamon to the foam on the top

Enjoy

I don't drink. I used to make mead and drink that but it just became too much of a hassle to make

I'll try it.

I've been meaning to make that someday.
