It's called Haibara-kun no Tsuyokute Seishun New Game.
It has only started but I did read the novel and it's the typical history of a guy that goes back in time to high school in order to do things different. It's implied that the Main heroine only changes her opinion about him because of his changed looks (she fells for him in first sight in the second round).
For the way it is written, I think that the author is blackpilled but thinks that it is only natural, maybe because being in a more racially homogeneous country let more space to looksmaxxing.
If it is a paradigm shift on views in love in Japan from the bluepilled tradition to a blackpilled one I don't know, but, compared to recent light novels, it is different.
