For the few of you that regularly watch my shitty videos and follow my insane posts, there will be nothing new here. A poster requested a thread on mental therapy, and thus I shall provide.
I got dragged into therapy because I stupidly attempted suicide, but it's largely been the same as if Mommy paid for you to go see some therapist because she thinks you might be gay.
The basic forms of therapy today are CBT (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy) and DBT (Dialectical Behavioral Therapy). CBT is the main thing you want to Google if you want to know more about, DBT goes more into group therapy, and I shouldn't need to tell you much on why an incel should absolutely avoid group therapy where you'll be listening to a majority of ''''''''''''''''''''''''''depressed''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''' females, many of whom have boyfriends, kids, are single mothers, etc...
Anyway, therapy is basically CBT methods, like mindfulness, identifying and managing emotions, how to cope, etc... and you'll be forced to have some plan. Incels already fail here as our obvious plan is 'have sex', which will not be used, and can even get you in trouble if you're ugly enough like me. Your therapist will make you have a goal of be socially acceptable, find some shitty wageslave job, etc... that you don't care and/or don't even want.
The common perception about therapy is that you lay on a couch and dump all your feels to a therapist. Therapy does not work like this. Sure, you can babble for as long as your therapist is getting paid, but she won't care about what you're saying. The only thing the therapist cares about is progressing towards your 'goals' so she can write some bullshit to insurance companies and eventually guiding you into taking Jew pills.
Also, there are many female therapists that automatically hate you for being male. I strongly suggest watching this video (It's a girl, I know... but she's a rare honest one) about the misandric garbage that future therapists are taught in schools. I suggest never seeing a therapist at all, but if you insist or you're forced to, vet vet VET any potential therapists that you'll be working with. Do your research. Do not blindly listen to any of these people. Do not do anything in 'good faith'. Know your shit.
Jew pills are the lifeblood of the mental health field. They make a lot of people, a lot of money, and that is why every stupid cunt chose psychology as an easy degree while they were riding the Chad carousel in university. If you want to get Jew pills, go directly to a psychiatrist. There are benefits to some, and some that I would avoid like the plague. Do your own research on this, also.
Therapy will probably HURT incels in the long run, because none of these people give a shit about you. They won't hide this fact, either. This is another horrible misconception that normalfags have about therapy. Therapists will abandon you, lie about you, do whatever concerning you as long as it gives them the most shekels. Turnover in mental health facilities is unbelievably high. These therapists and social workers are completely expendable and there's an endless line of them. If you ever get attached to one (like I sadly always do), prepare for PAIN and being far worse than before you saw one.
The reality, which all of you probably know already, there is no 'fix' to our problems as ugly males.
