Glimmer is legit scaring me, ngl, what she's capable of doing with teleportation alone is worse than anything Adora can do tbh
I didnt watch it much, the original He man and ninja turtles were my early childhood, my first memories are from it, i was barely walking when i was carrying a he man sword on my back. A proper remake with He man as main character i would watch.
The 2002 remake wasn't that bad, was it?
I don't know if either will grip me as much drama-wise as She-Ra remake did, my guess is it'll try to sell itself mainly on the action scenes.
Their main hope is to build up Teela as waifu material but you need more than a single waifu. She-Ra is waifu city, it learned from the japs.
Warping to fixed locations is one thing, but think about the accuracy it would need to pinpoint your teleportation to a moving destination like this.
The speed is terrifying, guys like Nightcrawler couldn't keep up with it.
Glimmer is legit the scariest thing on that show as time goes on, as she realizes what she can do and improves control of her abilities.

I remember i loved it when it aired on the TV, i liked how they stay close to original artstyle they did make some character design changes but didnt bothered me back then, i cant remember much though, i will re watch it.
Sounds interesting ngl, i cant really judge without watching it first, art style is putting me off, characters look too young and minimalistic.

IMO making Adam a comparatively gangly teen made a lot of sense so that there was a visual difference when he grew into He-Man and made it believable he could keep a secret identity.
The She-Ra remake also has her grow a foot or so when she transforms, albeit she doesn't keep a secret identity so she doesn't need it, but it helps.
She-Ra remake also made Adora tougher-looking and muscular and stuff which 100% makes sense with her background as a Horde soldier. The 80s series had her looking like a pathetic barbie doll while working for the Horde =/ None of the ladies really looked battle-ready in the 80s shows. It was fine with Sorceress/Evil-Lyn because they were mages but Teela/Sheera should've been thiccer.

She's not a dual-class like Skeletor FFS
They didnt went overboard with Adora i always liked her looks, maybe because of the style in revelation they did make hypermasculine Teela and Evil-Lyn, Sorceress looks fine maybe she should look older, i kinda always saw her as a mother figure to He man and Teela, Teela looks more masculine and much older than He man.

Ah darn well incentive to moneymaxx one day.
It does the job of conveying the story, it's like comparing classic teen titans to teen titans go: the art is simpler but also allows more minute changes to convey movement/expression.
Classic She-Ra might've been more detailed but it was also robotic in movemnt and matching facial expression to emotion and words of voice actors. The simpler stuff just flows better and gives better immersion and relatability

reboot of anything means it will be unequivocal garbage. Its a law of nature at this point.
I don't know if He-Man reboots will be as good as the original
Hollywood is totally out of ideas.
