Patrick may be a prettyboy but prettyboys aren't neotenous in the same way that foids and babies are. They still need chiseled facial features and whatnot.

It depends. Height and voice matter a lot, too. Also, having an army of JBs worshiping and enriching you just because you're a prettyboy helps a lot with having authority.

They are to varying degrees. Their attractiveness depends on whether they're "looks like a 5yo" neotenous or "looks like a 16yo" neotenous. The latter are the ones who pull JBs.
