I don't think that they are complaining because they need more workers, there is not a lack of workforce, if anything there's an excess, hence all the NEETs. The problem is that all these NEETs are a sad statistic. But what are you gonna do about it? They are NEET because there is no place for them. Excess men, who can't get a job, a girlfriend, nothing, basically they are ghosts. And it's not their fault that they have no place in this world.

I don't know much about economy, but the idea that everyone must work seems weird to me. With the automation of everything, how can there always be a job for every single person? Either they come up with more fake jobs, or someone will be left out. There is simply no need for a large number of men, so the ones at the bottom are kept out of society.

And lastly, what about the "best times of their lives"? Who said that is so out of touch with reality.
