If you have a lot of free time, there's no need to go to bed at a regular time. Simply get up when you feel like it, stay up for as long as you want, then pass out when you do. This likely will result in non-24 hour sleep wake disorder, where your sleeping schedule is not synchronized with the 24-hour day. This happens with blind people a lot since they can't tell the difference between day and night, but can also occur in others without the need for a normal sleeping schedule.
I woke up at 5:30 pm yesterday and it's 8:30 am now, I don't know when I'll go to bed honestly, because there's nothing for me to do tomorrow except rot on PSLI forums and play vidya. What about the NEETcels here, how's your sleeping schedule? Fucked up like mine? I remember BummerDrummer said in his podcast his sleeping schedule is all over the place, and I can't blame him lol because there's no need for a normal sleeping schedule.
