Neetcel trait; no sleep routine

My sleep is always off. I have dockter appointments to go to this week. I'm gonna be a reck. My sleep hygiene is trash.

I find it hard to sleep outside of a "schedule", even if I wanted to.

I had a better sleep pattern as a NEET. I'm a sleepie wagie I go to bed at midnight and don't wake until 10am, then I take multiple naps throughout the day, often in the middle of my job. I sleep 12 hours a day bare minimum. Pic related is literally me (minus the pissing in bed part).

Can relate, I usually go to bed pretty late and wake up quite late as well
