Need password reset

I can't log into my original account here because I forgot my password. I must have clicked the "forgot password" button a thousand times but no email for reset was sent, nothing. Nothing happened. I would PM one of the mods for help but it won't let me PM, I don't have permission. So, is there any way I can get this fixed or should I just give up?

It will not let me PM him. I tried. It won't let me PM anyone. It says my account either doesn't have permission or I've been banned etc. I clicked "send another activation code" and it says my account is already activated. Getting really annoying. I dont know why it didn't send me a password reset email when I clicked it a thousand times. I don't know if this site is broken or what but it's really discouraging.
