Today I have decided to spend 20k on plastic surgeries and I am going to do it next year when I'm graduating.

I know some of you have heavily researched on this topic and that's why I am asking you guys for an advice.
What can procedures can you recommend me? I'm thinking about going with the chin wing method for my jaw and distraction osteogenesis distrax for my chin. What do you guys think about this?

If all goes well, I'm also going to get an ear correction. If not, I will leave this world, brothERs.

Any help is appreciated.

Tbh a surgeon will probably give much better advice than users on this forum

How can we help you without a picture? Chin wing is garbage, custom wrap around implant is far superior, FYI. PM me.

Why do you think it's garbage? Custom wrap around implant seems like a good option, thanks.

You shouldn't get either if you need double jaw surgery first. I won't share you pic dude.

If you have any issues with the growth of jaws (recession, gummy smile etc) it is imperative that you fix that first, and then focus on implants.
