Serious Need advice

So my teeth is severely fucked, im tempted to send pictures of how it looks but idk.... Anyways, my situation is both my upper and bottom row of teeth appear to look like overbites. What is that called? both rows protrude out so much and they have insane spacing as well. How long do you think it'll take to fix that shit, every year it gets worse but poor= no chance of fixing it. It really wasn't that bad but its been over 10 years since I noticed that shit and It progressively gets worse every year. Looks like I'm wearing grills 24/7

you see that one picture on google of the overbite, just imagine both the top and bottom looking like that. I can't seem to see any pictures that describe it well but its bad and it even gives me discomfort.
