I want to die, but I cant because im neurotic af and scared of a painful death :feelsrope:

The next best thing is sleeping, sleeping is basically being dead for a while but then we have to wake up and endure another shit day in this hellhole.

How can we prolong sleeping so we can maxx out death time and spend as little time as possible awake on this shit planet

Im legit having trouble just sleeping now and I dont know why. I used to have no problems sleeping for 12+ hours but now I can only do like 5:feelsree:
I have sleeping meds that basically does nothing for me right now, I have full tolerance I believe and the drinking just makes me dizzy and feel ill.
I dont know what to do boyos

You have to have not worked for awhile so that your body clock does not kick in to wake you up
 
I wish I had the magic pills to solve this. I suffer from sleep issues too. I generally go to bed at 8 am and wake up at 12 pm. I wish I could change my sleep schedule but my body doesn't let me.
 
- Chamomile tea, anything w/o caffeine
- 0.3-0.5mg melatonin 90 min before sleep
- Zinc (any dosage) right before sleep
- Avoid heavy food past 20
- Meditation if you're able to
- Weed, other downers work too
- Hugging pillow for true waifu experience
- Black out curtains or shades to keep the room dark
- If too quiet or loud neighbors, use fan for white noise (bonus keeps mosquitoes away)
 
Yeah, but if tea makes you need to pee in the middle of the night then do not do it.
I keep a piss jug next to the bed, use it twice a night on avg then empty it in the morning

You're right. I'm a heavy drinker so it's inevitable, but back when I was healthmaxxed I'd only have a small cup of chamomile to prevent waking up to pee :bigbrain:

Yeah I used to have a cup of green tea every night before bed, I used to be at peace with myself even though I am incel and the tea had a calming effect. But it would make me want to piss so I think half a cup is a good amount.
Now I do not drink tea lately I have been angry and depressed but I am sure it is just a phase.

I only eat every other day and I legit fall asleep after I eat every single time for like 2h which is pretty comfy

Normally digestion shuts down during sleep, but if you've had a heavy meal it will have to juggle two tasks which puts strain on the body. In short it drastically lowers sleep quality and quantity

play games all night until you can't no more
Fuark, used to be able to do that when I was youngcel. Im wizard now and dont even have the energy to sit at my pc for more than about 6 hours. Also brainrott and to lazy to learn new games :feelsrope:
