Get one of those small spy cameras. You can find them online. They can come in the shape of watches, rings, and pens.
My current phone is a Sony Xperia L1, this is a downgrade as I had to sell my Huawei one. However this Sony one is easier to hold for creep shots as it is smaller. I wonder if it is possible on some phones to record videos whilst turning the screen off?
