For the all the beardcels on here, you ever was just munching on food and you get food on your beard? Or is it just me?

162cm and around 84kg, digital scale doesnt always measure the same. My goal is 70kg, last time i was 70 i wasnt fat at all.
It did a few years ago but i'm clean shaven now

Bud, you still have to worry about the mustache and the goatee.
I dont know tbh nothing important, to feel less disgusted when i look into the mirror, to walk easier, to get rid of backpain, for clothes to be more loose on me. I got bored of being fat, im fat in the last 10 years.
Homeboy just wants to gain enough energy to finally tweety bird. Or should I say homecat?
