Funny because neckbeard describes reddit very well.
It means a man with aspergers mostly. The traits of a "neckbeard" and the symptoms of aspergers are exactly the same jfl. But it's basically what words like "nerd" and "geek" used to mean; however, they ended up losing their negative connotations, so a new word had to be made to fill their original meaning.
It's an ugly men mocking circlejerk. Chads do the same kind of shit that those dudes being poked fun of do all the time, but they can get away with it because they aren't ugly.
